The sent me documents that belong to two more persons that have nothing to do with my case.
They never answer and if they do they transfer you and then End the call 🤦🏻♀️🥹
Not a good experience. I can't get ahold of anyone by phone to talk about my notice/case. Just get stuck in an automated loop where I am told I will be transferred to "someone who can help" only to get brought back to the initial automated questions asked in the beginning. Mail inquiry/response to the notice I have received has gone un-responded to as well.
absolutely impossible to get a live person. the USPS states my documents were received june 4th, the online states they haven't received my return. RIDICULOUS that I can't get in touch with anyone
