It's impossible to reach a human being to get help with answering simple questions.
The staff are good people except the security guard he is look like racist and he should not be in the public office guard, this is my second time been here in two days, he gave had time to pay my outstanding balance, the second day i came to drop a check i did not need appointment as they told the day before it he said they won't accept to you and it was before 16:00 ot 4:00 pm. Tbh I don’t give a damn about these taxes. If you want your money then answer the phone. I don’t even want to pay it and the phone games yall are playing now don’t make me want to even try.
Tax is a scam. This country is a joke. When the heck did y'all clock in for us to be taxing us? It’s ridiculous what a lot of Americans gotta do just to make ends meet.
