Quick and easy, albeit during a non-busy time of year
Lady that answered was extremely rude. Got a letter in the mail and wasn’t sure what it was about so I called the number. From the very beginning she was rude. I explained to her that I received this letter and simply asked what it was about since the letter itself was very vague which I understand because it seems to be confidential. She rudely told me to look up the address and company and hung up on me. Very unprofessional!
On June 25, 2025, I visited the IRS office at 1:00 PM to resolve a tax issue. I was told I needed an appointment. Jason M. scheduled one for August 14 at 11:00 AM (proof attached). On August 14, I arrived at 10:52 AM . The same security officer who had previously acted rude and dismissive greeted me again—this time informing me, with a mocking tone, that they were closing at 11:00 AM for staff training.
