They helped me with what I needed help With if you have an appointment you get to go before anyone that doesn’t they got the job done
Agent took 20 minutes to answer one question and double check a phone number. Not really sure what services they offer here but I was simply told to keep calling the 800 until it stops hanging up on me. Totally trial and error, no resolution, no guidance other than “idk just keep calling until you get through… sorry.” I will say that it seems she *tried* to look into something, but wasn’t exactly super friendly. Sounded bored, uninterested, and annoyed to be there. Maybe not the most professional.
You guys are clowns. Threatening to take a home over $1000 that was covered and paid already is insane. Some real losers.
It's impossible to reach a human being to get help with answering simple questions.
