Great experience from start to finish. There was no wait, and we were seen right at our scheduled appointment time. The representative was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain our issue clearly, answered our questions, and made appropriate recommendations for the next steps. We truly appreciated the efficient and respectful service. I been needing help for the past 2 years and I keep being ignored and the number keeps saying it busy and everytime I call irs government they agents over talking me being disrespectful. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment since January 1 and I have yet been able to get them on the phone, but I can’t do no walk in That’s messed up
