I went into the building literally 15 mins before closing and no security there and I couldn't be seen until then. I let the lady behind the desk know in order to save time because I am aware you close soon I just need state tax booklets for 23 and 24. She stayed on her phone and said we close at 430 and I come back to tomorrow. This is why govt employees get such a bad rep. Smdh do better!
I had a a great customer service, the front desk person helped me a lot, she was very helpful.

Arrived on time, the Security Guard is RUDE and your Receptionist is just as BAD. We are waiting over an hour to be Seen. We are Treated as HOSTAGES Can't ASK A QUESTION. Your Guard POINTS HER FINGER to Tell Me to (in a NASTY TONE of VOICE) to SIT. I'm 68 years and it's Deplorable that we have to be ABUSED to PAY OUR TAXES. NO COMMUNICATION, STILL SITTING WAITING.
