Great experience from start to finish. There was no wait, and we were seen right at our scheduled appointment time. The representative was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain our issue clearly, answered our questions, and made appropriate recommendations for the next steps. We truly appreciated the efficient and respectful service.
I been needing help for the past 2 years and I keep being ignored and the number keeps saying it busy and everytime I call irs government they agents over talking me being disrespectful. I visited this IRS branch on Tuesday morning, February 17, 2026, for a scheduled 7:30 a.m. appointment. According to Google, this branch opens at 8:30 a.m., but I arrived at 7:39 a.m. with a bottled water. Upon entering, the front desk staff gave me a dirty look at first glance. She told me drinks were not allowed and I needed to leave it outside, which I complied with.
