After not completely knowing what was going on and the over the phone reps just telling me anything to get me off of the phone, I had lost hope of reaching someone to actually having someone help me but I went in today and the sweetest lady took her time to help me. I never even got her name but I do know that she has a nice nail polish on that's a burnt 🧡 color that compliments her very well... The IRS office is indefinitely closed with a tiny note pasted on the front door. Don't waste your time, you will have to go to Memphis or do anything you need to do online or by phone call. This is actually the stupidest thing I've heard of.
