I had a simple question about a PTIN and I couldn't get a representative for the question.
After not completely knowing what was going on and the over the phone reps just telling me anything to get me off of the phone, I had lost hope of reaching someone to actually having someone help me but I went in today and the sweetest lady took her time to help me. I never even got her name but I do know that she has a nice nail polish on that's a burnt 🧡 color that compliments her very well...
