This office was closed by DOGE. NO LONGER OPEN.
I had an appointment and waited 30 minutes outside of their door. No one came to the door, the door was locked, no signs on the door stating they were closed. I called the phone number on the door only to be told by the person I was speaking with that she does not have a way to reach anyone in our local office as she is in Texas. Beyond frustrating! If anyone has any info on how I can speak to someone, please let me know.
Hard to find location. Needs some more prominently displayed signage. For those looking for the place from the parking lot, just find the Kentucky Revenue Department (That is building C) and the IRS office entrance is between the buildings to the right. You will see the sign better once you get out of your car.
