⭐️☆☆☆☆ Absolutely incredible customer service if your definition of “customer service” is taking three months to acknowledge that you already have my money. I paid what I owed. The payment cleared my bank account. Then apparently my payment went on a three-month vacation because the IRS couldn’t seem to locate it. Meanwhile, I’m sitting here wondering if I accidentally donated money to the federal government. 😂 After THREE MONTHS, they finally credited my payment AND processed the overpayment. Three months. Went here with some level of confusion then Cheryl (IRS Rep) assisted me with my questions she was so helpful she helped me as much as she could. Glad it was her. She gave me clarity especially I do business so taxes can be not so straight forward but she was very helpful. I Can take care of this now.
