Went here with some level of confusion then Cheryl (IRS Rep) assisted me with my questions she was so helpful she helped me as much as she could. Glad it was her. She gave me clarity especially I do business so taxes can be not so straight forward but she was very helpful. I Can take care of this now.

Very good experience. Nice and helpful. They do not accept walk-ins very often, so I would call for an appointment to avoid being turned away.
I need to talk to a person. The overacting system is way to quiet yo even hear what I need to press.
