I’d be shocked if visiting the IRS is on anyone’s list of ways they want to spend an afternoon, but this office and staff make what could be a chore (or inspire shame) feel very pleasant and human. Well worth the drive from the Cities (everywhere closer to me was booked out past Tax Day). The guard was kind and hospitable, clearly explaining each portion of the screening process. Due to how further away the appointment calendar was pushed back in my local office, I was obligated to go to this location and spend a night in Rochester. Linda is an awesome woman who is kind and extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and I was able to accomplish my mission. Shout out to the security man for the wonderful conversation and recommendations on what to do in the area!

If I can give zero star or negative stars, I would do that... I just want to apply the ITIN for my kid. The first time my appointment got cancelled because the person who knows how to handle this was out of office, so they rescheduled my appointment to one and a half month later. The second time, I was on my way to the office and got a call saying the office is closed.... I really don't know what else should I say. Hope I can get what I need on my third try...
