David Earl was absolutely amazing. He spend 90 minutes answering every single question we had in great details and simple language for us to understand. As a foreigner who's filing taxes in the US for the first time, I don't understand how the IRS so understaffed and amazing people like David are underpaid. We tried H&R Block first which charged us $275 for under one hour of paper work which they completely messed up and refused to take responsibility and fix. David FIXED everything for us and was a godsend.
They answered all my questions, helped with forms, and gave me contact numbers if I have any issues going forward. Great experience!
If I could give - stars I would. There’s no reason why anyone couldn’t answer the phone for over 30 minutes when they have had my taxes on hold for 98 days. Pretty pathetic, why take money that’s just gonna be given back and then proceed to put a hold on my stuff? Make it make sense. Absolutely over my limit of patience
