Its best to make an appointnent before u go so u dont have to wait out in a long line on the hall thankfully i got there early an was first. There is only one employee who trys to help everyone the best he can an hes a friendly funny guy who makes u comfortable.
I would stay away from this location. The agent in this office is very lazy and does nothing but watch cartoons. He's to lazy to even accept payments and apply payments to the balance. I went into the office and he pulled up a YouTube video to offset the recorded conversation. He's a disgrace to this office and honest working people who want to settle their debt. Why can't we talk to a Person
Had me calling two days in a row and still didn’t get my issue solved. I spent two of my days off work trying to get this issue resolved. They need to do better. Put me on hold hours at a time. I would have hung up but I need this issue resolved. HELP someone please. They are not worthy of any stars
