Honestly, I believe some people's interactions are influenced by their personal beliefs. However, my experience at the IRS in Olympia was positive. I went in to set up an appointment for a few days later. I went in, got my issue resolved, and had a good interaction with the woman at the desk. Overall, it was a positive experience in my opinion.

On the first visit, we did not have an appointment. The Security guard seemed surprised and mentioned that we could wait but the appointments were booked and we probably wouldn't be seen. We'd opted to wait since we drove an hour, the website said they take walk ins and the appointment phone number just never seemed to get answered. After about a half hour wait we were called up and the lady helping my boyfriend was incredibly kind and helpful. I had a great experience here. Its best to make an appointment. Appointments are priority. However the lady who helped us was Mrs. MAYL, she was lovely and speedy, she answered all questions and overall was just very kind.
