Visited the place recently. Basically a useless office. No one was around, doors were locked. Wanted to pick up hard copies of tax forms, instructions etc. It used to be in the lobby rea before, but no more. Do not understand the usefulness of this particular office, if there is no assistance provided to the tax payer. This office should be closed permanently.

My wife and I filed our 2020 taxes on February 15th and we have still not received our refund. Every time I call, can never speak to an agent and the site gives me a 152 code. Don’t know what that is but we need that money to move out of the place we are currently in.
