Mr.Watson was fabulous! They had me in/out in under 30 minutes. I hope to never have to return, but if I do, I will drive the 1.5 hours over here to handle my business
I called and the line talking about they busy I’m trying see if anybody did anything in my dam name
I got the impression the employees at this location were not very knowledgeable and zero power to do or change anything. It was a waste of time.
I went to asked questions about my problem but told me to set up an appointment. I called the number and waited for 30 mins. when I spoke to the customer service and he told me to hold for a mins to check the paperworks I need to see someone but after a minute my call was hung up. I called again and the same thing happened I didn't even get the appointment time and I called again I don't know if I get an appointment.
