Was hold for over an hour and the lady over the phone was incredibly rude asking me the same question over and over again. Then stated “how do you not know” when asking about my 2021 tax year. I moved to 5 different states and had numerous jobs so I stated that I needed to rethink things. She was so rude i hate calling or visiting this place.

Went here twice, first time the manager told me I needed certain documents. When I turned the documents several months later, another agent told me the original guy was wrong. He gave me a phone number which led to more automated messages about where to find my tax return.

Set an appointment which is required from call help center that took forever. Had an appointment for identity and tax return is required. Seems like nothing was accomplished look at id and seem they don't know what is needed. Call IRS for identity which you know it takes over an hour and was told I need to make an appointment again at the office which I went again. Every time I go to the office I bring all my information and show them again. I have talked to many IRS personnel on the phone and wasted my time going to the off... read more
