Hours are 8:30 - 4:30 but they were closed 3:15 yesterday . Didn't have an appointment but just needed to drop off a return and it's an hour drive and I don't get many chances to go . It takes so long to get someone on the phone to even schedule an appointment . Rather use the mail but had an issue with last return . I've been to the office before and the people that work there are really good people but I thought I could count on a Federal Building to be open .
After not receiving my certified returns twice, I spent 45 min just to schedule a meeting which they called 2 days before the appointment and told me the office will be closed that day(yes they scheduled a meeting on a Thursday they will be closed) so I need to call back to reschedule. Frustrating!
