You have to call to set up an appointment, but they dont answer. I've tried twice with each call lasting 2 hours before they hung up on me without speaking to me. A lot longer than the 30-60 minute estimate
Telephone service is terrible. Local SSA office is not fully staffed resulting extensive wait time.
All you get is an automatic annoying thing. Not even an acceptable droid. It won't let you transfer to a person. Sometimes your question doesn't apply to it's mindless queries. We need reps to help
Still waiting on my refund 2025....
1 start because i cant put 0 or negative stars. I despise this place and what they stand for in so many ways. I can keep going but ill keep it PG 13.
