0 stars. Finally got ahold of someone today after 2 hours on hold, she told me her computer is acting up let me place you back on hold. Places me on hold then disconnects the call. “We are sorry due to high call volume we can not take your call at this time.” This has happened multiple times no matter if I’m on hold for 5 minutes or 2 hours. Same message for appointments. The IRS needs to be dismantled. Everyone who wants to speak to one of you has the right to do so, we have the right for our issues to be resolved quickly. ... read more
Why do we put with the IRS??! I can’t even file my taxes because you guys can’t answer your phone for 3 weeks now due to high call volume.. so please don’t be sending me notices of my taxes not being filed!!! You have no problem taking trillions form us but when we need something then what 🤷♂️
Why are the lights on at 1am on a Sunday? There are no solar panels. Taxpayers are footing the bill. Waste of money, waste of life. These people are sleeping while hardworking Americans on night shifts are hard at work and the IRS and Congress gets paid to sleep. Despicable.
