I had a meeting with an agent, who told me to drop off documents to the front desk, and tell them that it was for the agent. I rushed to Springfield, which is a 100 mile round trip for me, I checked to see the hours, 8:30-4:30 pm, so I had to take off work early in order to get there before 4:30, and walked through the door, 5 minutes before closing.
