The lady I dealt with was very nice and enjoyable to talk too the security officer was funny and also enjoyable to deal with I got in and got out quickly with everything I needed to have help with

I had a meeting with an agent, who told me to drop off documents to the front desk, and tell them that it was for the agent. I rushed to Springfield, which is a 100 mile round trip for me, I checked to see the hours, 8:30-4:30 pm, so I had to take off work early in order to get there before 4:30, and walked through the door, 5 minutes before closing. The guard stopped me, and was not allowing me to drop the paperwork off. He was arguing with me that because the lobby was full and the agent was booked, I couldn’t drop the pap... read more
