Could not get to an actual person. Was not directed for what I was asking for.
On hold for 2 hours this morning. Then 2.5 hours and the agent hung up on me. This is not customer service.
Had a CONFIRMED appointment that I took time off of work to show up for, and when I arrived the security guy told me that the taxpayer assistance person wasn’t there and just shrugged. I spent 2.5 HOURS on the phone to get an appointment, and the person I was supposed to meet with just didn’t show up for work. I got a confirmation email for my appointment, and zero notice that it was apparently canceled. Screw the taxpayers, I guess.
Crazy how the government taxes everything I make 2 to 20 times but can't afford a real person to answer the phones. What's even more insane is the federal government taking the taxes the state gave me penny for penny . Now they want to penalize a guy for not paying said bs taxes but can't get ahold of who I have to pay. Natives shouldn't have to pay taxes period . Extortion at its finest I'm about to throw a tea party
