Terrible service. wasted my time three times this year.
Had a appointment 7/21 @8:30. Sign on the door saying the office would be closed today, they didn't call to say they needed to reschedule. Today 8/25 first trip it said the office would be closed today. Waited 45 minutes, another gentleman came in and said he had an appointment. He suffered the same thing I experienced. When I got home I got on line to see if it said the office was open, sure enough it said the office was open..drove back and the office was closed. Calling the experience is just as bad or even worse. Come on... read more

Was impossible to get an appointment. They hung up on me. An example of the ineptitude of the federal goverment.
