I asked a question and the fellow who was there told that the information on the IRS website was not true.
It’s very disappointing, it’s about be a year I’m still waiting on my tax refund from 2024. Every time I call in I wait longer than a hour to speak with someone and they always push the investigation back! I am tired of waiting! This should not be happening at all if it’s your job to make sure everything goes well, this is not the first time the irs been trying to do this to people.
