Appointments are required if you are international with spouse for W7 and appointments are not available here for three weeks for such works and should go to Muncie, I was there for about an hour and I just saw walk-ins only except one appointment. God bless public offices. It literally takes 5 mins to verify someone’s passport but checkin and blah blah process takes 30 mins. No wonder why public offices are targeted by new government.
Sat there for over 30 minutes for no one to even address me. I was the only customer in the office. Called the 1-800 number and was helped immediately. Tear the building down seems like a waste of resources.
