Idiot people, can not just use common knowledge. Must have a lottery to hire such insane, not rational idiots
So by 10 am there's only about 6 people waiting for service and they are not giving out more numbers till 11:30 am. So you know, with plenty of seats, you can't wait in those empty seats, you need to disappear and come back at 11:30 am. Do they know the sacrifice we make taking out the day without pay to come fix a problem created by an incompetent employee.
