rude employees. can't do anything to escalate, cant contact any departments in IRS so what do they do? lady was quite short with me, wouldnt allow me to explain what was going on. was not very friendly.
If I could give ZERO stars I would! This was the most unprofessional encounter I have ever had. The person on the phone had an attitude immediately then hung up on me.
IRS has owed me $4.3k for five years
