Worst behaviour from security. He is very rude. We went 7 mins late for an appointment but he denied to let me in. I don’t remember the tax assistance lady name she asked me to reschedule an appointment without any reason. Disappointed with the service. I strongly advice not to book any appointment in this location they were very rude.
I was on the phone over an hour. I could hardly hear. They couldn't TURN UP, and then the call was dropped. Hahahaha....
The most unprofessional experience ever. I was there to get verified and I brought in everything I was asked to in my appointment. When I arrived, the lady verifying me requested more info that was not needed to verify me and spoke in an aggressive tone had a very nasty attitude and body language. She told me I didn’t file my return correctly but the irs already accepted my return. Why would they accept an incorrect return?
