My call went well. I was helped. Thank you for assisting me.
Sat on hold for 30 minutes to schedule an appointment and they literally hung up on me 1 minute into the phone call!!! How the hell am I supposed to set up an appointment and pay you guys back if you just hang up on me and don't help me?! After calling them back and sitting on hold for another 30 minutes was told the closest office that could help be was in Denver and I'm in Colorado springs, but they didn't have any available dates until after September and that they couldn't schedule out any further than that, so my next o... read more
