I wish I could give this place 0 stars.
Mr. Selenski was super helpful this morning. I couldn’t make an appointment over the phone and the online appointment is not working either. So I went early in the morning. They took appointments first, then took those without appointments. I was second to be helped. He solved my issue quickly and efficiently, clearly very knowledgeable. Thank you again Mr. Selenski!
Helped me avoid making an appointment, and resolved my issue within 15 minutes. The only problem is that I was on hold for 30 minutes and I needed to use the bathroom.
Turned in my taxes here, they are still marked as not received 3 years later, waiting on my refund lol... not sure what they did to this office but is it definitely no longer staffed with competent/ honest people
