This is currently not open.It has been closed since the start of the COVID concerns. You MUST call or go online for assistance or through an area CPA. It was a one man run operation. Felix was WONDERFUL but also retirement age. It is not expected that he will be back. I miss going to this office to make regular payments. They were helpful. The whole floor (7th), which is the IRS, cannot be reached in this building by elevator or stairs. Mr. Selenski was super helpful this morning. I couldn’t make an appointment over the phone and the online appointment is not working either. So I went early in the morning. They took appointments first, then took those without appointments. I was second to be helped. He solved my issue quickly and efficiently, clearly very knowledgeable. Thank you again Mr. Selenski!
