CO STATE TAXES ONLY!! ANYTHING FEDERAL, DON'T BOTHER. I had to wait for the service desk to be done with assisting another customer with their tax questions, just to sign in with her and wait again to talk to someone else in another office. That office person told me she couldn't help me for the above reasons. Staff was nice enough, I guess, but was not helpful and should have told me this the first time before making me wait an hour to tell me they couldn't help me.

This is a very late review of this I.R.S. office in Colorado Springs, but wanted to share my experience during the 90s. A little history here first off is that I remember this office when it was on the top floor of an office building on Academy Blvd around the Roller Skate rink complex. I maybe used this office about 4 times in total in the 90s. With that said. Mostly used this office during tax season for tax forms that I couldn't otherwise find.
