Why it's so hard to talk to someone they don't never answer the phone this is crazy 😡
These are supposed to be people that “want to help our community” and that work for us. All they wanna do is do the bare minimum and then tell you that’s all you can do and have a good day, so they can get back to getting back on their phones and reading their books. The lady even try to make a big deal that I didn’t have an appointment scheduled & Their their appointment scheduled based only but that’s in the busy time not on a regular Day when it’s empty.
The automated voice system clicks and goes blank, and you cannot tell what they are asking for! And when I went to the website, it is closed for the next few weeks, which includes the time. They gave me where I have to get back to them to get my tax refund issue resolved!
Never answer the phone.
