Have never had such difficulty speaking to a representative ever. It is impossible, every day they say due to high call volumes, they can not take my call, and then it hangs up. I have no idea how to actually get someone to help. How is this possible that the government can’t make this more efficient of a service? It’s ridiculous

I have been trying to get into the id id account. I set it up with a name and it won't let me in. If i use my email address, they said i need to setup a new account, but i can email has already been used. If i go to the irs.gov/mwar it can't get in. All numbers we get are IA which suches and no way to get in and setup a new account. Can't stand the IRS. They took $960 out of my account that I paid already, and taking almost 2 months to give it back! I tried calling to see what's up, and everytime it's, (sorry due to high call volume we can't help right now) who else are y'all screwing over out there??? That automated voice system is GARBAGE too.
