Advice we got here was AWFUL+, app. date way in future, even the so called advisore dident know what to do and cumputers were down!
Worst thing ever! The automated system would not allow me to speak to anyone even though I asked them fifty different ways. I still have the same question. No one will answer the phone! They suck hard!
today (September 12, 2024) I had an appointment to solve a problem with my taxes from the previous year, I arrived 20 minutes early and the staff asked me for my identification, I gave her my passport and from the first moment she was very rude because when she heard us speak she noticed we have an accent (we are latinas) I am a J1 student and my WORK visa expired on August 30 but I legally have one more month in the country to be able to travel, she said we couldn't be there and although I tried to explain, she didn't allow... read more
called to make an appointment. waited over 30 minutes to have the person who sounds just like a work from home older lady, just to put me on hold for 10 more minutes to just hang up on me. this is rediculous. Where are the live agents to figure out how to make a stupid payment to the IRS ... this is so dumb.. Government workers that should be available if we are trying make payments. Not that this matters since its literally a 1.5 google review...
