I received a $700 bill in the mail stating that i had a penalty issued 06/08/2026 & i needed to make a payment by 06/29/2026. The letter never explained what the penalty was for. I called the number listed on the letter but couldn’t speak to a live representative. The operator would say the line is full and drop the call every time. I’m not making a $700 payment without some type of explanation. This is very frustrating & unprofessional especially when people have a deadline to make a payment.
Woman at the counter was very rude to us and everyone else. She was very unhelpful and says things like "I already told you five times" to everyone trying to just get info from her. She is probably way overwhelmed because she is the only one in the office Thank you Elon Musk for firing so many government workers.
well after reading all the reviews i have to agree. i have been trying for a couple of weeks to set up an appt with no success. there is no way i am going down there to try and talk with anyone sounds really bad. How come no one does anything about this.
