I didn’t want to leave a bad review but I feel like you should know what to expect when you go to CPH. The people seem nice enough but they just don’t perform. Here are the events that have lead me to look for another provider of health services. -A heart condition was diagnosed as a sinus infection. -An order for an immediate heart test was not sent delaying it for a week. -Another order to extend a heart monitor was just ignored. -Still waiting on a call back from last week on these issues. My Husband and I drove/ booked from Grand Junction when he got off for a 3:15 appointment. We were 5 minutes late, which we called on the way and told them we were almost there. We get there and the girl behind the desk starts to hand my husband the check in pad when this young man says he's 10 minutes late and can't be seen! He came out at least 10 minutes after we where there! Yet we have to sit for 15 to get in! Very upset. Won't be back!!
Best experience I have had with a medical facility.... ever.
This is the worst medical office I have ever dealt with, and I'm 65 years old. The office staff seems unable to follow up, including the office manager. The office manager followed up on one of three separate issues only. I'm ready to look for a new provider. It's been 2 weeks and no response to my review. I shouldn't be surprised.
