I had to leave voicemails to finally get it resolved. Also, verify your specific doctor is listed correctly in your insurance directory before going, or you risk coverage issues. I have been a patient of Dr Harriett Jones for a few years now and the best service received was when she was located at St. Dominic. She is an all around great doctor, but her staff and the phone system is horrible. The lack of care and follow up when you send a message through the Breeze portal is horrible. I don't like changing doctor's but if she can't get better help, it may be in my best interest to seek further healthcare.

I knew this group when they were at St. Dominic Hospital. I used to take care of their computers for 10 years, I love this crew like family. They are the kind of people you'd do anything for, they treat you the same. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Anderson. Highly recommend this group of physicians.
