Former patient over 15 years: Unless you have a bunch of money to spend on concierge service, don’t waste your time. I’ve always had a difficult time trying to schedule appointments. Extremely difficult to get a hold of. If you leave a voicemail don’t expect to get a call back. Sometimes it’s even hard to get through to them on my chart.
