Currently on the phone trying to contact this office and no one is picking up. Been on the phone for about 10 minutes…just need to ask a simple question about a possible fracture with my doctor. This office doesn’t have an answering system???? Very bad service if no one is answering.
DOCTOR'S OFFICE NIGHTMARE!!!!!! My parents are 88 and 90 years old, and their long time physician just retired. I decided to just transfer them to Internal Medicine Physicians (in Canton, on Holiday), as it was right next door and thought it would be less of a change for them. So before their doctor retired, I walked the request for medical records transfer forms from Internal Medicine Physicians to their current doctor, so everything would be in order. Dr. Repp is amazing. I am a fairly new patient to her office but she immediately put me at ease , took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answered my concerns/ questions without making me feel uncomfortable or stupid. I am 54 years old and I can tell you that I have seen many doctors in my life but none like her. I am thankful to find that there are still doctors out there who have compassion and genuine concern for their patients.
Quinn Repp PA-C has a great personality, listened to my concerns,gave me answers in detail and didn't rush me out like some physicians do. She cares about her patients and it shows.The receptionist and nurse made me feel so comfortable and have such a great sense of humor. This was my 1st appointment and I felt like I have been a patient for years! I definitely recommend this office !
