I have been a patient of Dr. Lunsford for many years. He’s always listened to my concerns/problems no matter how busy he was. Highly recommended by me.
I love all the nurses and Dr's. They are very patient and knowledgeable. Quick to get in. The longest wait I've ever had there was 10 minutes. Overall, best Dr's office.
Staff was wonderful and Dr. Fales is always amazing. She is respectful and really listens to what the parent has experienced with their child/children. I have also had a wonderful experience with the billing department when my insurance was causing issues. They got it cleared up. I’d recommend them to anyone.
We love IMPC! Same day sick appointments, a good patient portal to message/view results too. They give you a sheet of paper with your child’s height, weight and head circumference with percentile's at every well visit from age 2 and under. I have loved that and kept them as keep sakes!!! 🥰 We see and love Dr. Ketchum/nurse Mandy. We have saw Dr. Corliss ant Dr. Cordes and had a great experience with them! The staff is also friendly and helpful! We’ve been going here over 3 years and I have no complaints!
