I switched to this practice after it was highly recommended to me by my friends. My son has juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and his healthcare is a bit complex, so i was a little nervous. We left a practice that treated us horrible (primed in englewood). Its the best decision I ever made. I was literally in (happy) tears when my kids and I saw Nate Hofmann for the first time. I have been going to this practice for many years, everyone is wonderful, Kathy the receptionist is so nice and I have met every provider there. Nate Hoffman has been a stellar addition to the team, he is patient, knowledgeable, and has genuine care for his patients. The whole staff from receptionist to the medical assistance all work as a cohesive team to help thier patients. Took my children here for 10 years. Went through 3 different doctor's and my boys saw Nate as of late and he was wonderful. Unfortunately, we had to switch providers entirely due to the absurd amount of time it takes for a nurse to call back to answer medical questions that could have needed urgent medical attention. (6 hours for a call back then 9 to actually speak to someone) Furthermore, the receptionist, Kathy is incredibly rude. She seems to always have an attitude and be bothered for no reason. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Their front desk receptionist Cathy is insanely unprofessional and rude. Every single time I speak to this woman I am completely appalled by how rude she is for literally no reason. We treat people with kindness we have no idea why she’s always so mean to us like we’ve personally done something wrong to her.
