EDIT 2: For what i’ve gone through i’m still leaving it at 1 star, but they did comp my copay for my visit. I’m assuming because i was pretty vocal on my displeasure of having to pay them to be seen when i did not want to be seen. EDIT TO UPDATE: I came back for the forced appointment so that i don’t end up dead at their hands. Waited in the waiting area for over an hour. Waited in the room for just as long.
Very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone.
Would not recommend this clinic. If I could give zero stars I would. Went there twice within a week and still was misdiagnosed and went to another clinic within 24 hours of second visit and received the correct treatment and care. Billing was no help on the over price on the inadequate care received not once but twice. As recently stated I would not recommend this clinic.
