Extremely thorough and well followed through process for recent issue addressed.
They have two types of medical care given here that you choose from. One is where you see the Dr who's name is Dr. David Radin this care is under the Concierge Medical service they have where you pay an extra monthly fee. The other care is regular medical care from a Nurse Practitioner (Dawn Panisky) and no extra fee is required. The two young women front office receptionist who are also medical aides in my opinion are not too friendly..and appear uncaring..and definitely they are not organized with sending out paper work to... read more
The most unresponsive physician office I have experienced. I have been trying to get in contact with my physician for over a week regarding questions about blood work. I was given every excuse under the sun, “ we sent a message”, “she’s with a patient” “ she’s busy” ect! Very unprofessional when a patient calls for over a week and states they would like a phone call back because they have a question or concern regarding their health that no one ever gets back to you.
