The office staff are incompetent. I've run a business for 40 years and the staff here would have been fired if they worked for me. Rude, over the phone, and unable to understand questions
The Nurse practitioner (Adam) was a good listener, and asked me about all the details to my problem. His assistant (Jamie) was also very kind! I highly recommended this place, the service was amazing and friendly.
How this practice doesn't go bankrupt is truly amazing. I would rather deal with the DMV, they are much more organized and friendly. Two words, incompetent and rude. Your choice.
This is one of the most inefficiently run places I have been too. Appointments get lost, they don't pick up the call , always goes on voicemail, won't call you back for 2-3 days, will miss ordering the right tests...The list is endless. I have seen mom and pop car repair shops run more efficiently than this office. Sitting here right now in lobby waiting as they 'lost' my appointment. That too when I confirmed it twice this morning. I took a day off from work for these clowns.
Should have posted this review months ago. Today I finally stopped in at Dr. Lord'd office to sign an authorization to transfer my records to another health care provider. Like a few other reviews, I think Dr Lord is a pretty good doctor, but if you can't talk to her or leave a message for a call back from her, it doesn't really matter what kind of a doctor she is.
