Horrible experience and looks like I wasn’t the only one. Unsure if this clinic operates like they are still in the 90s but since when do patients fill out 21 pages of paperwork. They don’t discuss the amount of paperwork at all she said since it’s not enough time no one can see me but after reading others experience it seems like there is always something to prevent you from seeing a provider. I didn’t even bother to reschedule I will stay with southwest medical since I have never had to go through this there.
So first they sent me an email to check in prior to appointment but they put in my wrong number - which I’m sure they have the correct one as they were able to text me for the appointment, and when we arrived at a little past 30 minutes before the appt they told me I was 30 minutes late and said normally I’d have to be rescheduled so I said that’s fine but they said it was ok. Love Doctor Chaney. She explained everything in details. Staff is professional and friendly. My family have been coming to Dr. Chaney for many years. Convenient location and parking. You can get blood work done inside the office. Very simple and convenient
Dr Chaney really cares about her patients. She keeps very in-depth records so she can care for her patients. I like the doctors she refers me to as well.
