I loved working with Jessica, but I just had the worst customer service experience over the phone. The woman started the call with “Do you have a number I can call?” Nothing to ask what she needed, I was taken aback, but told her that I hadn’t been asked the first time. She didn’t care, she was upset with me that I didn’t provide the number the first time so they could retrieve doctor’s records.
