Great staff
We had billing issues, they were eventually resolved by the office manager. I would recommend asking the doc/np what the additional charges would be when you come in for your checkup.
I came in for a new patient annual physical and was surprised by multiple additional charges that were not disclosed during the appointment. The nurse practitioner Abiola Grant recommended a more aggressive treatment for a condition I am already managing with a specialist, and this discussion was billed separately. A simple question about bloodwork was also billed as an extra charge, even though the recommendation was something I was already doing. Plus I was billed for the new patient visit.
