Extremely Unprofessional Staff at the Stratford Location I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated at Internal Medicine of Greater New Haven (Stratford location). I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism from a medical office before. Despite letting the staff know that I was at work and had already spoken with someone from the Institute earlier, one of the medical assistants hung up the phone on me mid-conversation, completely unacceptable behavior for a healthcare facility.
