Been here for more than an hour. Very empty waiting room. Was brought back 34 min after my appt time. Still waiting to see the doc or PA or whoever 37 min after being brought back. I can hear chatting of staff outside the door - nothing medical, just chatting. Super unimpressed.
My latest visit was with DR Z. While I agree with your "I tell patients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear." You could learn some tact. And you could learn to let a patient respond. After all that you threw at me and you were very callous. Your response of "If you don't like it, you can go to another Dr". Gee thanks. I liked you as a dr. I recommended you to people. I certainly won't now.
It would be great if someone could answer calls. I've heard them explain "That happens sometimes". Only 1 time did they answer when I called.
I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr Shah. He was my mother’s doctor and as she is 96 years of age, I help to try to coordinate care for her. I left multiple phone messages with Internal Medicine of Evangelical about a health concern. I had to leave these messages as the office did not answer the phone. When I did hear back, it was from Dr Shah and he said I was “pestering “ his staff. He was extremely rude to me.
