9 weeks ago I went to see Dr.Amanda for a rash, she diagnosed me with poison ivy. She prescribed me a steroid called prednisone and a rash cream. It never helped anything. Then she prescribed me another round of prednisone and cream and that never solved the problem. Finally they sent me over to a dermatologist, I was diagnosed with eczema. After using the right medicine and cream my blisters and bumps have went away! In my opinion I would seek another doctor than Doctor Amanda. Doctors are good the office workers are terrible, Andrea was fantastic but she is gone unfortunately
Doctors, PAs, and in-person experience—wonderful. Front desk/whoever is responsible for answering the phone—horrible. Each time I try to reach the office, I am placed on hold immediately without a “hello”, anywhere from 15 minutes (minimum) to ~35 minutes. Brutal.
Awesome and friendly staff and doctors. I been going for years and I love them. So much better then Yale.
