I have been super happy with my medical care since moving to Dr. Burke's office. I typically see a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. I wish we could move my mother in law to this office but unfortunately they are not currently accepting new patients.
Horrible customer service! The front desk staff does not follow the timelines they themselves announce, and instead of acknowledging their fault and trying to fix the problem, they make a patient wait twice or more the promised time, which is already ridiculously long: 5 to 7 buisiness days to just get an imaging referral! They could not open as they said themselves "5 boxes of faxes" (!) which contain important information such as Xray results crucial for diagnosing patients, including my family member who is in constant de... read more
Absolutely the best Team of professionals! Dr. Burke is extremely gifted in listening and providing the best medical care and advice. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The negative reviews are not reflective of what I have experienced.
PA Jamie Mendez is wonderful. SO KNOWLEDGEABLE! She immediately assessed just fr I was instantly comfortable talking with her. She is very kind and has a great laugh. Best experience with a medical professional experience ever.
