CMC and Cayuga Medical, in various outpatient forms, are notorious for rapacious billing and procedural run-around glibness. The young, Indian physicians Dommaraju and Napit seemed as nice as any salaried workers on computers. An illicit Centralis scheduling for a next-year physical that I had declined upon exiting CPC was the last straw.
I had my annual appointment with Dr. Napit. We discussed my lab results and together agreed on a treatment plan. Very pleasant!
Had a very important issue and was told I need a referral from primary. Cayuga Primary books out weeks and months in advance for your own Doctor but they said I could see someone same day, they booked the appointment 2-3 hours from that moment. Went home after a long day at work and then, came all the way back to the office. When I came back at the time they told me 4:15 they said the appointment was gone and they booked it under someone else's name and they could no longer see me.
