Dr Sundas Rashid is the best doctor I’ve ever had! My PCP doctor retired, and I was excited to meet someone not only younger, but extremely knowledgeable and caring. I love that she takes her time during my appointments and never rushes me. She takes comprehensive notes, while making eye contact and making me feel like I’m the only patient she has that day even though I know doctors are incredibly crammed for time these days. Dr Rashid is the best!!! Very caring and attentive. I always feel heard when I have concerns. I recommend her highly!!
Sundas Rashid is a horrible physician. She is not only incompetent but rude and arrogant. Not sure why she should be in the same roster with so many great doctors. I heard she had to close her business in Binghamton because she got into some sort of trouble.
I have been a patient of Northeast Internal Medicine for 10+ years now. Most recently their attention to detail and responsiveness to their patients have been less than acceptable. Several times i have called for an appointment only to be told they cannot see me and I should go to Urgent Care. Both times it was not an emergency (thank god).As a long standing patient I would have expected they would have found a way to squeeze me in. May 5, 2025, 9:30-10:30 am, The Northeast Medical Center is using a new call center with Yale. The call center was under staffed today. Upon calling the number you are placed on an automatic hold and waited 5 minutes each call without reaching a person. I needed to speak to someone to schedule an appointment. Upon reaching a person on the fourth call and an 7 minute wait, I informing the person of this difficulty. I was told they are very busy.
