I have been trying to get a medicine for over 4 months. I don’t know if it was him or the office but the insurance paperwork was incorrectly submitted twice. The third time it got sent correctly but requires further information from the prescriber. I scheduled an appointment but was told the wrong time over the phone. Not this office’s fault but while contacting the insurance asking about the status, the worker asked what I did. Dementia caregiver for my granny. I have been a patient of Dr. Marquez off and on for many years. When I discovered that he was seeing patients in Ooltewah where I live, I returned as his patient. I like Dr. Marquez, but since April I've had a problem with the lab to whom he sent me. I continue to receive bills for lab work done on April 1, 2024. Through my insurance company, I found out that the lab work was coded incorrectly by the medical office.
