I have been a platform more than 5yrs. They do not answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold and does not come back. I have called for help and was told they would call back. They never did so I called back 24 hours later and was told to come in. I get to the office and was told I never got an answer from the Dr. I will call you when he calls back. It's been 5 days and I have not heard from them. I will find another Dr. apparently the Dr. has too many patients that he can't help when needed.
NP Mrs. Green, and all office staff, wonderful people, we love Alaina she's gets you taken care of, very thorough and prompt. And if necessary will send you to a Specialist, if in need. Alaina listens to you and with no rush, I highly again recommend her and her staff as caring for their patients.
Would not get back to me about my test results called over dozen times never heard back left voice messages I am dropping them as my doctor
This is a good place to go, whole staff here are very professional and caring staff and really want to make sure you are cared for.
They don’t answer their phones and when they do they will ask you to hold on and you will be on hold for a very long time .This shows a lack respect and common courtesy .
