Excellent practice staff is amazing.
I made an appointment only to have them cancel it 6 hours before time of the appointment. Their reason for canceling the appointment was Dr. Pergament no longer accepting my insurance. They should have known at the time of making the appointment that they no longer accepted my insurance or when I confirmed the appointment. At the very least they should have informed me more than 6 hours before the scheduled time of the appointment.
I've had good experiences here.
