Great place great doctors friendly staff
I absolutely love Palo Alto Medical Foundation. I moved away for 18 years of the worst Drs imaginable. These Drs care about you. I never have to wait and they even have free valet service to park your car. Any negative comments I do not believe. I've never had such perfect care. I have gone to Palo Alto Medical Foundation since I was 15. I cannot recommend it more.
Absolutely not acceptable! I have three occurrences one after the other I have been unable to use their services for the reason they can not provide a reasonable! availability (a month!)when scheduling appointments. I do not see my needs being met or my issues being addressed. Even when I try to tell them I might need to move to another healrh care provider outside the pamf I have being told "sure, go ahead" so they do not even care. Tried calling to set a new patient visit and can't get past the automated phone system which kept misunderstanding me and returning me to the main menu. Eventually I gave up... This is a huge barrier to entry and absolutely terrible. I just want to see a doctor.
