Very professional and very nice. Love him he is very good doctor. Staff is very good.
This doctor Hunid Dollar refused to verify my health compitance for work because he did not feel like signing a simple ststement that said i was able to do my job. After two years of teatment for my diabetes he just saod he doesnt sign those type of things. Many other MDs said that it is his responsibility but his gross negligence and indifference will probably cost me my new job unless i can find a new PCP this weekend. DO NOT COME HERE IF you need a standard of care.
I usually see Melody and sometimes Dr. Dollar. Both of them actually take the time listen to me about my concerns. I feel as if they actually care. They never waste my time and make me come back again for a needed prescription like past PCPs have. Any time I get sick, the medicines they prescribe actually work. I've never had this experience anywhere else. I hope they never retire as long as I live.
Why state is open on Saturdays if it is not? Front door locked, no one ever answers the phone either! State = statement in that sentence, you obviously missed that too.
I had a family member experience racism twice a this facility. Everytime she comes there is one helpful person there, when she returns the second time these same ladies make her feel uncomfortable. You have terrible customer service and workers. I hope you never get any more business at this facility til you get better workers who want to help all races. Your uneducated workers are not there to help others. Your staff are only there for a check. Get a better staff..
