Very disappointed in the administrative staff. I was unable to cancel an appointment within the 24-hour time frame due to spine surgery...a staff member called me the day before my appointment with Dr. Majzun. I informed her that I was unable to make the appointment due to just recently having spine surgery. I was told by a staff member “we’ll waive the cancellation fee and to feel better”.
