Worst place ever
We are so grateful for the wonderful care we receive at internal medicine at Walter Reed. Our primary care doctor has been knowledgeable, kind, helpful and available. Now that mhs genesis is in place and the system is working we can make timely appointments. If you had issues with this clinic during Mhs genesis upgrade, please try again.

Unbelievably hard to get ahold of anyone. The appointment line and transferring are absolutely bottom of the barrel for customer service. They will transfer you to just pass you along (not my problem approach). I have never witnessed a less caring attitude at a MTF. Eventually you will get someone who cares, but my god they are few and far between. What is wrong with this place? Once you are seen, if your doctor is having a good day you'll get decent service.
