This is the best doctor and office I've ever been to. Dr. Tellez is amazing and always comes up with a plan to move forward with my health. To be honest, everyone I encounter at each of my appointments are ALWAYS friendly, courteous and very attentive. I recommend this office to everyone!

I got some lab work done here last week and the staff was excellent. The gals working were professional, clear with instructions, and respectful of time. The gal who drew my blood was calming and easy going. Excellent experience! Thank you for all of your help.

There wasn't any wait time. Dr.Kerr is a great doctor. She listens if I need to ask questions or tell her anything about my health.

I use this office once a year for a physical. There was a billing code issue on their part from a visit in May 2024 for bloodwork sent to an out-of-network provider. After multiple attempts this year to contact this office's billing department, I was sent to an Atrium Billing Concierge who told me my questions would be better answered by the office's billing department. There is no way to communicate with this office's billing department! I left VM's, used the portal, etc. Now, I'm looking for a new provider, and how they ha... read more
