My doctor practices Internal Medicine at UPMC Cole, and while the hospital itself has mixed reviews, there are truly exceptional physicians there. Dr. Alexis Adams is absolutely one of them. She listens, she genuinely wants to help, and she clearly cares about her patients. I have complex medical issues and multiple comorbid conditions, and navigating chronic pain and chronic illness has been a significant learning curve. We've never had a bad experience here. Very thorough, and very friendly !
I have been using there office for years but the last couple times I have gone they have incorrectly filled out paperwork such as writing I'm missing fingers or toes which I'm not or had ridiculously long wait times for simple paperwork. Every time you call they will have an excuse why it's not done. Currently on my eighth day waiting for them to sign off on a physical I had, looks like another weekend without it.
